Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join our Commercial sales team. You’ll represent a trusted pest-control brand, sell services to diverse industries, and build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.

With award-winning training, you’ll learn our products, leverage a base salary with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle after training, and a full benefits package. No industry experience required, just drive and ambition.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of interiors and exteriors and present recommendations to customers.
