Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join its Commercial sales team in Bartlett, TN. You will promote Orkin’s pest control services to diverse industries, leveraging award-winning training and a powerful brand reputation.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our customers in their businesses or homes

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and protect their business
• Build trusted relationships with customers as a crucial partner
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development
• Conduct inspections of interiors and exteriors and propose solutions
• Prepare sales agreements using the iPad and stay organized
