Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join its Commercial sales team in the Knoxville area. You will promote Orkin's pest management solutions to various industries, build trusted relationships, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic prospecting and customer service.

Expect a competitive base plus uncapped commission, a company vehicle after training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Pesticide license/certification may be required and company-paid.
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers and businesses

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Empathetic problem solver for commercial customers using training to recommend best solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting and handling assigned leads.
• Use marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct interior and exterior property inspections with training provided.
• Explain solutions, set expectations, and ensure peace of mind for pest programs.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training provided.
