Job summary

Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to serve local business owners with health and life insurance solutions. You’ll build relationships, present options, and lead group presentations.

You will mentor teammates, earn draw pay plus commissions and bonuses, and grow into leadership with licensing support. This in-person, business-to-business role values care, collaboration, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, service-minded and people-focused.
• Proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (licensing assistance provided).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.
• Present supplemental insurance solutions aligned with client needs.
• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
• Train and support new team members to build confidence and success.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with manager to set goals and grow impact in the field.
