Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to drive pest management solutions for commercial clients in Torrance, CA. You’ll promote the Orkin brand, build trusted relationships, and contribute to safety and regulatory standards.

You’ll receive base pay plus uncapped commissions, a company vehicle with fuel card after training, and a comprehensive benefits package. No industry experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and uphold safety.
• Win over customers with confidence and care.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property.
• Prepare sales agreements and stay organized using the provided tools.
