Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join our Commercial sales team in Florida. You will promote our pest control solutions to a variety of industries, building trusted relationships through proactive service and practical, results‑driven conversations.

You’ll receive award‑winning training, a company vehicle with gas card, a smartphone and tablet, and a base pay with uncapped commissions. Expect a strong benefits package, paid time off, and a clear path to leadership as you help customers

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy their regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property and present findings.
• Prepare sales agreements using the iPad and stay organized.
