Job summary

Rise Financial Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join a high-energy, fast-growing team in a dynamic, in-person selling environment. You will work directly with business owners and decision-makers to deliver supplemental insurance solutions and build a personal, growth-focused book of business.

You will set your own schedule, receive draw pay, commissions, and bonuses, and have clear paths to leadership roles as you excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing to obtain the license).

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with business owners and employees to offer supplemental insurance products.
• Build and manage a personal book of business with cold calls and follow-ups.
• Lead product presentations for groups of 50-100+ people.
• Set your own schedule and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Receive and follow up on leads; attend sales meetings and report daily metrics.
• Grow professionally with ongoing training in advanced sales and leadership.
