RISE Financial Group is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to build relationships with local businesses, present our supplemental insurance products, and grow your sales career in a supportive environment.

This outside B2B role offers comprehensive training, weekly bonuses, leadership growth, and licensing reimbursement. You will set your own schedule and work in person in the community.

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain a Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement available).
• A bachelor's degree or 5+ years of post-high school professional experience (exceptions made for specialized sales backgrounds).
