Restore Hyper Wellness in Salem, OR is hiring for a commercial sales role focused on building relationships with property managers, healthcare facilities, and other commercial clients. You will manage the full sales cycle, leveraging warm leads and existing contacts to secure new business and renewals.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, strong prospecting skills, and the ability to excel in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (restoration, construction, or facilities services preferred).
• Proven ability to prospect, network, and build strong client relationships.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple sales opportunities at once.
• Comfortable in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Willing to participate in after-hours emergency lead rotation.
• Valid Oregon driver's license with a clean driving record (past 3 years).
• Able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Leverage warm leads, existing contacts, referrals, and your existing professional contacts to drive new business.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial decision-makers.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and industry events.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, using CRM tools.
• Secure Pre-Loss Agreements with commercial clients.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency restoration leads, where you earn the commission on secured emergency work.
