QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is the nation's largest self-performing flooring contractor, hiring an experienced B2B Outside Sales Representative in the commercial flooring industry to promote polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems, plus materials, across commercial, retail, and industrial markets.

Compensation includes signing bonus, high base, commission, quarterly and yearly bonuses, with total annual pay stated between $120k and $300k.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of territory and account development experience.
• B2B sales experience in commercial flooring required; concrete polishing & resinous coatings preferred.
• Strong qualifying and closing ability with a proven sales record.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent time/territory management; valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for account development and territory development through existing account follow up, cold calling /prospecting, telemarketing lead follow up, target marketing and business development meetings. All sales are B2B
• New and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries and material demonstrations
• Provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers
• Some overnight travel
• Successful candidate should have the motivation and desire to help grow and build regional sales
