Dayspring Restoration in Great Falls, MT is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow a professional referral network among insurers, property managers, and commercial partners. You’ll own your territory, build trust, and drive revenue through strategic relationships.

With a base salary of $60,000 plus uncapped commissions and six months guaranteed minimum, you’ll have ramp support while you establish market presence and reach the $100K+ income potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to develop a referral network.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Route daily activity through the Great Falls territory to target accounts in person.
• Introduce Dayspring Restoration to property managers, plumbers, and contractors.
• Meet with insurance agents and adjusters to discuss emergency response workflows.
• Log activity, contacts, and next steps in CRM to keep deals visible.
• Attend industry events and build a professional referral network.
• Close deals by leveraging the brand and ramp-up resources.
