Dayspring Restoration in Great Falls, MT seeks an Outside Sales Representative – Business Development to build a professional referral network of insurance agents, property managers, and contractors. This hunting role offers a $60,000 base plus uncapped commissions and six months of guaranteed minimum commission during ramp-up, with a $100K+ income potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Genuine comfort with cold outreach and face-to-face introductions.
• The discipline to manage your own calendar, territory, and follow-up.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Willingness to attend in-person meetings and evening industry events across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Route your day around the territory and target accounts in person.
• Walk into property management offices, plumbing shops, and contractor yards to introduce yourself.
• Meet with insurance agents to discuss emergency response and claims processes.
• Tour commercial facilities with facility managers to discuss water and fire risk.
• Follow up on conversations and log activity, contacts, and next steps in CRM.
• Attend association meetings, chamber events, or industry functions.
• Handoff live opportunities to operations while maintaining relationship protection.
