• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Genuine comfort with cold outreach and face-to-face introductions.
• Discipline to manage your own calendar, territory, and follow-up.
• Strong communication skills and the judgment to prioritize accounts.
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven process.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Willingness to attend in-person meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities
