Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales management in BPO/contact center.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to targets.
• Strong data analysis to drive decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field preferred.
• Relentless drive to achieve results and outperform competitors.
• Ability to leverage data to guide strategy and improve performance.
• Flexibility to adjust strategies in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
