Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to craft and manage outbound email campaigns for a fast-growing B2B platform. You will own ICP research, copy angles, sequences, and optimization to drive opens, replies, and meetings, with a writing-first approach and remote work setup.

You will work with an in-house enrichment platform and AI tools to personalize messaging, and you will be responsible for documenting results and collaborating with GTM teams.

Qualifications

• Substantial B2B outbound email experience with track record of campaigns that generated replies and meetings.
• Ability to research an ICP and identify genuine pain points to land messaging.
• Knowledge of proper cold email sequencing, cadence, and escalation logic.
• Strong A/B testing discipline and data-driven optimization.
• Past campaign results showing opens, replies, meetings booked or similar metrics.

Responsibilities

• Research ICPs, pain points and buying triggers across SMB verticals.
• Build copy angles that address real prospect problems.
• Use in-house enrichment platform to customize research variables per prospect.
• Write cold email sequences from subject through follow-ups to generate opens and meetings.
• Structure sequences with cadence and escalation for each vertical/ICP.
• Develop and test multiple messaging angles per campaign.
• Manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail.
