Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of customer orders, from applying judgment to prioritize orders and balance commitments with constraints.
• Enter, update, and maintain order data in ERP and logistics systems with accuracy.
• Perform order-related calculations and conversions for quantities, units, and dimensions.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships to support customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues with urgency and ensure follow-through until resolution.
• Coordinate with Sales/Pricing, Shipping, Inventory Control, Credit, Operations and Accounts Payable.
• Track and facilitate shipping logistics and third-party vendor collaboration.
