WCL Group is seeking a Business Analyst III - Demand Planning & Sales Operations Analyst for a fully onsite role in Plano, TX. The contract is for 6 months with a high likelihood of extension or conversion to full-time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations or related field.
• Strong knowledge of SCM or Demand Planning.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, pivot tables and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize the sales forecasting dashboard and Salesforce data integrity.
• Collaborate with SCM and IT to manage Sell-Out forecasting and inventory planning.
• Integrate demand planning outputs with BO pipeline data for better visibility.
• Monitor channel inventory and demand signals to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead recurring sales/ops cadence calls and support data-driven decisions.
