Job summary

Optimum in New York is seeking a Senior Product Manager for our B2B Mobile Services to define, develop, and deliver innovative mobile solutions. You will lead end-to-end product life cycles, build AI-enabled features, and partner with engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure market fit.

You will draft PRDs in Jira, drive KPI-based decisions, and shape an AI strategy across mobile products, including ML and Generative AI initiatives, aligning with revenue and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MS or MBA or specialization in Data Science, AI, or Analytics preferred.
• Five to seven years’ experience managing cross-functional products for a major Telecom/telecom-like company.
• Minimum five years’ product management experience, with 3+ years mobile product focus.
• Solid understanding of mobile and digital tech, APIs, 5G, and Wi‑Fi.
• Experience with engineering/architecture and AI/ML systems and data platforms.
• Proven PM with P&L knowledge and growth track record.
• Strong collaboration across organizations; data-driven decision maker.
• Jira and Confluence proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the B2B Mobile roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
• Define PRDs and user stories in Jira for new features with traceability.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and scale.
• Drive AI strategy across mobile products, incl. ML and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering to deploy AI/ML models.
• Prioritize features based on market demand and customer feedback.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product-market fit.
• Monitor performance and customer satisfaction with data-driven improvements.
