Job summary

BackOps is seeking a Product Manager in San Francisco to shape strategy and drive AI-native product development. You will collaborate with customers, engineering, design, GTM, and leadership to convert strategy into shippable features and iteratively improve solutions based on evidence.

You will work in a hybrid environment, reporting to the Head of Product, with a focus on building AI-enabled workflows for complex supply chain scenarios.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Experience building B2B software products.
• Strong experience designing products for non-developer business users.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfort working with data and using quantitative + qualitative analysis.
• Curiosity about AI and the ability to learn rapidly evolving AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy, priorities, and roadmap aligned with goals and market opportunity.
• Build AI-native product concepts and prototype potential solutions with engineering.
• Translate strategy into shipped product with incremental releases and risk identification.
