Job summary

Future US is seeking a proactive media planning professional to oversee plan development, RFP responses, and pitch decks across our B2B brands. You’ll work with US Planning, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Client Success teams to craft compelling campaigns.

This is a remote, U.S.-based role supporting cross‑time‑zone collaboration with North America and EMEA teams, using Salesforce and Google Workspace to manage proposals and pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience building digital media plans and sales proposals in a B2B media environment.
• Familiar with creating RFP responses, media decks, and commercial proposals.
• Proficiency using Salesforce and presentation tools like PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee media plan development and custom RFP proposal creation across B2B brands.
• Build pitch decks that articulate brand value and meet client targets.
• Ensure proposal consistency across sales teams while managing expected yields.
• Track campaign proposals and sales pipeline activity using Salesforce.
