Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in sales-driven or professional services roles.
• Advanced HubSpot expertise including CRM structure, workflows, lead scoring, and dashboards.
• Deep understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and lifecycle stages.

Responsibilities

• Own Bet-David Consulting's marketing strategy and campaign calendar across paid media, email, web, and content.
• Serve as Marketing point of contact for Bet-David Consulting and coordinate internal needs.
• Act as HubSpot marketing expert with segmentation, automation, attribution, and reporting.
• Develop and optimize lead-generation funnels with landing pages, forms, and nurture journeys.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to optimize paid media and lead quality.
• Provide marketing performance reporting and actionable insights across channels.
• Work with Sales to translate needs into clear marketing requirements and assets.
• Maintain communications with leadership to align marketing with business priorities.
