Job summary

IVCi, LLC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives that promote our products, services, and brand. You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to develop materials, coordinate campaigns, maintain digital content, support events, and track performance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of IVCi's products, services, and target markets.
• Assist with execution of marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, and digital channels.
• Create and edit marketing content including emails, blogs, social posts, flyers, presentations, and sales collateral.
• Coordinate marketing calendars for timely campaigns and communications.
• Update and maintain website content using the CMS.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including list management, scheduling, testing, deployment, and reporting.
• Assist with creating customer presentations, case studies, data sheets, and other sales enablement materials.
• Maintain the company's library of brand assets and sales collateral.
• Coordinate social media publishing schedules and monitor engagement.
• Research industry trends and identify opportunities for new content.
• Gather marketing metrics and prepare KPI reports on performance.
• Support internal communications regarding marketing initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
