Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in B2B marketing or related roles.
• Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or complex B2B environments preferred.
• Hands-on experience creating and executing email campaigns using marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns and communications across multiple products, services, and initiatives.
• Develop, build, and deploy email communications, newsletters, and campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
• Create and update targeted marketing content, including client newsletters and analytics communications.
• Coordinate campaign schedules, reviews, approvals, and deliverables for timely execution.
• Build and maintain landing pages within marketing automation platforms to support objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns and client engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate website content requests and organic social media activities with internal teams.
• Monitor email and campaign performance metrics and support reporting and optimization.
• Maintain brand consistency, content accuracy, and quality across materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign execution and marketing workflows.
