Creative Fabrica is hiring its first dedicated commercial hires to launch a new B2B API and Teams platform. You will own end-to-end sales from identifying opportunities to closing, working directly with the COO and product team to shape our outbound motion.

You will sell personally while building a scalable playbook for future hires, with a focus on converting early market interest into recurring revenue in a US-based market.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of high-performance experience in rigorous, analytical roles.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build from first principles.
• Comfort with cold outreach, prospecting, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 90-day impact mandate from ICP setup to live outbound outreach.
• Build qualified pipeline and advance deals through stages.
• Close revenue and document a repeatable sales motion.
• Own full-cycle pipeline generation and data-driven outreach.
