Zippertubing Company in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to manage B2B orders from inquiry through delivery, coordinating with Engineering, Production, Quality, Shipping and Sales to ensure accuracy.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing environment, with a schedule Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM–3:30 PM and Friday 6:00 AM–10:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in Customer Operations, Customer Success, Account Coordination, Order Management, or related roles.
• Experience using CRM/ERP systems in a professional environment.
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and in person.
• Prepare, review, and process customer quotes and sales orders; verify pricing and shipping requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Shipping and Sales to translate requirements into manufacturable solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data in CRM/ERP and monitor open orders.
