Job summary

Custom Fabricating & Supplies (CFS) in Brea, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to blend service excellence with proactive lead generation in a B2B manufacturing setting. You will support existing accounts, process quotes and orders, resolve inquiries, and help qualify opportunities for the Outside Sales team.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and comfort with outbound calls and emails.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, lead generation or a related role.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and follow-up calls to identify new business opportunities.
• Experience using ERP and/or CRM systems.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and prospects.
