Job summary

RISE Financial Group in Oregon is seeking a B2B Sales Representative Entry-Level to generate leads, meet with business owners, and close deals in the field. This role offers autonomy, uncapped commissions, and a weekly base draw to support you as you ramp up.

As part of the team, you will build relationships, manage your own client base, and work with decision-makers to offer our insurance products. Training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong drive to succeed and challenge yourself to exceed expectations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and take charge in conversations.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Prior sales experience is not required; however, a minimum of 5 years of professional employment (post high school) is necessary.
• Must be willing to attain a state health insurance license (assistance is provided)
