Canyon Creek Financial is seeking an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer to grow B2B insurance solutions and mentor new agents in a local, in-person territory. Independent contractor role with licensing reimbursement and ongoing incentives.

You will drive sales, coach others, and manage your schedule and territory while building trusted relationships with business owners. Occasional travel and licensing support are provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Facilitation, coaching, and guiding others.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Organized and self-motivated with independence and team collaboration.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
