Job summary

Cleft on the Rock is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in a full-time outside sales role. You will meet with business owners and employees to present supplemental insurance solutions and grow your personal book of business.

You will conduct face-to-face consultations and group presentations, follow up on leads, and manage your schedule with a supportive team to hit monthly and quarterly targets. Licensing in Health & Life is required or reimbursable.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license.
• Full-time outside sales role with strong relationship skills.
• Ability to present to groups and individuals effectively.
• Self-motivated with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and maintain your own book of business.
• Conduct face-to-face consultations and group presentations (1–100+ people).
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and respond to client needs.
• Manage your schedule while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales goals with guidance from your manager.
