Cleft on the Rock seeks an Insurance Sales Representative to help businesses and individuals protect what matters most. This full-time outside sales role focuses on building client relationships, conducting in-person consultations, and helping clients secure their financial future.

In this position you will receive comprehensive training, draw pay, commissions, and bonuses as an independent contractor. The schedule is Monday–Friday with potential weekend work, and the role offers remote/hybrid

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life (or willing to obtain license; reimbursement available).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and maintain your own book of business.
• Conduct face-to-face consultations and group presentations (1–100+ people).
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and respond to client needs.
• Manage your schedule while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales goals with guidance from your manager.
