Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional work experience.
• Outside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with business owners in your assigned territory to offer supplemental insurance products.
• Build and maintain your own book of business with a balance of cold calling and follow-up appointments.
• Lead engaging product presentations to groups of 50–100+ attendees.
• Set your own schedule and work to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Report daily metrics and follow up on leads; participate in team meetings and training.
