You’ll lead the sales cycle from outreach to closing, combine an independent drive with a collaborative team, and pursue growth through training, bonuses, and ongoing development. This role offers uncapped earnings, weekly draws, stock bonuses, and renewal incentives, in a fast-paced, performance‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a State Health Insurance License (licensing with company support)
• At least 4 years of professional work experience post-high school; relevant sales experience considered
• Bachelor's degree not required; strong sales track record preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and outreach to potential clients to secure insurance protections.
• Consultative sales approach as trusted advisor for client needs.
