Colonial Life is seeking an Agency Development Manager to lead and mentor a network of independent agents in the WA Territory. You will focus on driving voluntary employee benefits sales, recruiting new agents, and developing field training programs.

The role emphasizes coaching, business development, and close collaboration with business owners, HR pros, and brokers to build a strong, team-oriented sales culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales
• Ability to recruit, develop and lead sales teams
• Background in insurance sales with Life & Accident/Health license (or willingness to obtain)
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and ability to work independently while inspiring teams

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and inspire independent agents
• Identify, interview and recruit new sales agents
• Provide hands-on field training and conduct sales meetings/training sessions
• Drive B2B employee benefits sales and manage client accounts
• Build relationships with business owners, HR professionals and key decision-makers
• Foster a dynamic, competitive, team-oriented environment
• Cultivate relationships with brokers
