Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of contact center and sales experience.
• Experience with SaaS or cloud solutions.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with small business customers by phone, chat, and meetings to understand needs.
• Lead discovery conversations to identify business requirements and workflows.
• Recommend, demo, and sell solutions based on customer needs.
• Identify additional offerings to support the customer’s business.
• Log activity and manage pipeline steps using sales tools; meet productivity targets.
