POOLCORP, the world’s leading distributor of outdoor living products, is seeking a Business Development Representative in the Lubbock area. You will drive sales growth across pool builders, service providers, and retailers, developing strategies to expand the assigned territory.

The role requires 2+ years of B2B sales, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the territory. You will build lasting relationships, deliver product demonstrations, and utilize CRM and the Microsoft

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to cold call and generate leads.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops a strategy to grow sales in the assigned territory.
• Prospects and generates leads through cold calling and referrals.
• Builds trusted relationships with customers and partners.
• Plans and executes daily sales calls with objectives.
• Travels within the territory delivering product demos.
• Negotiates terms, closes sales, and provides post-sale support.
• Maintains CRM records and reports; stays informed on market trends.
