Pinterest is seeking a strategic, analytical B2B Growth Marketer to build and scale our SMB acquisition engine across Google, Meta, and more. You’ll shape positioning for SMBs and drive efficient growth through paid media and owned channels.

You’ll own measurement, testing, and cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Analytics, Sales, and Creative, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate insights and maintain output quality.

Competenze

• 7+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or related B2B disciplines.
• Experience acquiring and activating SMBs in measurable, performance-driven environments.
• Strong growth strategy, experimentation, audience segmentation, and funnel analysis.

Mansioni

• Define and lead the SMB acquisition strategy for Pinterest, identifying high-potential segments and channels.
• Own paid media roadmap and integrate owned channels and partnerships for scalable growth.
• Develop SMB value propositions and campaign narratives; own creative strategy with Creative.
• Own performance measurement across the funnel: sign-ups, activation, advertiser success, and efficiency.
• Design rigorous testing to improve targeting, creative, landing experiences, and channel mix.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Product, Analytics, Sales, and other teams to bring programs to market.
• Translate research and data into actionable growth insights and priorities.
• Establish dashboards and executive-ready updates on performance, risks, decisions.
