Job summary

JAC Recruitment seeks an Outside Sales Representative for a growing food and beverage company in Irvine with a hybrid work arrangement. You will develop new business, build customer relationships, and promote products while traveling as needed.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, conducting outreach, following up on leads, and collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue. English proficiency required; Japanese language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Experience in matcha/tea or Japanese products is a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and visit clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospective customers
• Conduct outreach and sales activities to generate new leads
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Promote the company’s products to potential clients
• Conduct outside sales activities and visit prospective customers
