Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Fleet Sales Associate to identify, consult and sell vehicles to fleet accounts, including local government agencies. Build relationships, drive fleet programs, and deliver an exceptional business‑to‑business vehicle‑buying experience.

You will develop prospects, cold‑call, follow up, and use a consultative approach to match the right vehicle to customer needs, ensuring delivery satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Fleet Sales experience preferred.
• Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram experience preferred.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior business‑to‑business sales experience preferred but not required.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Developing prospects for potential fleet business.
• Cold-calling prospects to build relationships and determine vehicle needs for their business.
• Following up with prospects to develop fleet accounts.
• Using a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to the customer needs.
• Creating a great vehicle delivery experience for the customer.
• Following up with fleet customers to ensure satisfaction and continued loyalty.
