Job summary

NU3S - Car Wash | Cafe | Auto Care is hiring a B2B Business Development Manager to build strategic partnerships across Queens, Brooklyn, Nassau and JFK Airport area. You will focus on fleet and commercial accounts, driving recurring revenue through wash, detailing, café, and EV charging services.

This role emphasizes networking, field visits, and contract negotiations with rental car companies, corporate fleets, auto dealers, and TLC driver groups. Base pay is $17/hour with commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or business development in automotive or fleet services.
• Proven ability to build partnerships and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with fleet and commercial accounts to sign recurring agreements.
• Visit and prospect auto dealerships, repair shops, hotels, and property managers.
• Manage CRM records, meetings, follow-ups, and monthly recurring revenue.
• Meet weekly KPIs: calls, visits, meetings, proposals, new accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and proposals.
