Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join its Commercial team in Richmond, VA. You will understand Orkin’s pest management products and sell them to diverse industries, building trusted relationships and delivering tailored solutions.

No industry experience is required to start—training is provided. You’ll earn a competitive base plus uncapped commission, a company vehicle after training, a full benefits package, and opportunities for advancement within a mission‑driven,

Qualificações

• No Experience Required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certificate if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients

Responsabilidades

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and meet regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
