Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep in Texas to join its Commercial sales team. You’ll leverage a renowned brand and top-tier training to win new business, protect client facilities, and grow your career with a path to leadership.

You’ll earn a strong first-year package of base salary plus uncapped commissions, with a company vehicle, tech tools, and a full benefits program supporting your work and life balance.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers inside their businesses and/or homes

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as a partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Use marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior of the customer’s property.
