Job summary

• 8+ years in event marketing, event operations, or field marketing for large-scale B2B events.
• Experience in a B2B environment with strong project management and budget skills.
• Excellent English communication, able to brief executives and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working across regions and time zones in a matrix organization.
• Ability to travel approximately 20–40%, including occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Own the events strategy, calendar, and budget, aligning investments with brand, pipeline, and product-launch goals.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of priority events: venue/vendor sourcing, exhibit design, logistics, staffing, and onsite execution.
• Partner with technical and product teams to plan safe, reliable robotics demonstrations.
• Coordinate with sales on audience targeting, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
• Manage vendors, agencies, and budgets, including forecasting and reconciliation with finance.
• Measure event performance (attendance, leads, pipeline, ROI) and report on results.
• Maintain event playbooks and templates to improve efficiency and consistency across regions.
