OpenAI is seeking an Events Manager to plan and deliver B2B events, including third-party conferences, customer learning and enterprise gatherings. You will own guest experience, front-of-house operations, production logistics, and event reporting while partnering with enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of event experience including planning, onsite delivery, and post-event evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver B2B events from planning through onsite execution, coordinating agencies, registration, hospitality, catering, and conference requirements.
• Build and maintain project schedules with milestones, owners, deliverables and deadlines.
• Select and negotiate with venues, caterers, AV providers, and production partners, coordinating approvals with Procurement and Legal.
• Own registration, check-in, and guest communications in partnership with Marketing.
• Track budgets and spending, process invoices, and complete financial reconciliation and reporting.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales and Product Marketing on audiences and content needs; coordinate with Design and Production for a cohesive, on-brand experience.
• Work with Security and internal partners on safety, accessibility, contingency planning.
• Review attendance, engagement, feedback, spend, and outcomes with program owners; share findings to improve future programs and ROI.
