Job summary

Sales Focus Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in New Haven, CT to represent Constellation Energy in a hands-on, in-person B2B role. You’ll manage your own territory, meet local business owners, and secure fixed-rate energy plans with a Fortune 200 supplier.

Base pay plus uncapped commission ensures earnings grow with performance. No prior sales experience is required as paid training is provided, and successful reps enjoy an on-target earnings range of $75,000–$100,000+ per year,

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfort starting face-to-face conversations with business owners.
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.
• 18 years or older, able to work full-time in the New Haven area.
• No sales experience required—paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work an assigned territory in the greater New Haven, visiting local businesses in person.
• Engage with owners and decision makers about the benefits of deregulated energy and lock in fixed energy rates with Constellation Energy for electric and natural gas utilities.
• Close sales on the spot and build your own book of business.
• Track your pipeline with coaching and support from a local sales manager.
