Sales Focus Inc. is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Hartford, CT, to engage local businesses face-to-face and sell fixed-rate energy plans. This is a full-time, in-person B2B role with guaranteed base pay and uncapped commissions. Paid training is provided, and a structured work day runs Monday through Friday.

You will manage your own territory, develop relationships with business owners, and grow your book of business while earning OTE $75K–$100K+ per year.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Full-time Hartford area availability.
• Paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned territory in Hartford to meet with local business owners.
• Explain benefits of fixed-rate energy plans from Constellation Energy.
• Close sales and build a local book of business.
• Maintain pipeline with management support.
