Responsibilities

• Plan email campaigns aligned with business priorities and launches.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution using Acoustic and templates.
• Maintain an email marketing calendar coordinating schedules and audiences.
• Write, edit, format, and proofread email content including CTAs.
• Coordinate with designers, writers, and stakeholders for assets.
• Manage audience segmentation and distribution lists.
• Perform QA testing on links, layout, personalization, and tracking.
• Track performance metrics and create actionable campaign reports.
