Job summary

Intertek is seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Boxborough, MA. You will collaborate with Marketing Managers to plan campaigns, develop content, segment audiences, and manage deployment through Acoustic.

You will build campaigns in Intertek’s platform, coordinate with designers and writers, perform QA, and analyze metrics to drive lead generation and engagement. Strong writing, HTML email formatting, and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 2–5 years in email or digital marketing, preferably B2B.
• Experience with email campaigns, marketing automation, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML email templates and audience segmentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute email campaigns aligning with business priorities.
• Develop content, select audiences, and deploy campaigns via Acoustic.
• Maintain email calendar and ensure brand and privacy compliance.
• Write and proofread email copy, subject lines, and CTAs.
• Track performance metrics and produce campaign reports.
