Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Sales Associate for Apartments.com in Orange County, CA. You will sell digital marketing solutions to multifamily clients, expand existing accounts, and prospect new business through presentations and client visits.

Extensive training is provided; successful candidates will grow revenue, develop market credibility, and contribute to a collaborative, innovative culture at CoStar Group.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent experience in the Multifamily industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college or university.

Responsibilities

• Business Development – using CoStar Group's market data to prospect opportunities and identify upsell/renewal opportunities.
• Relationship Management – build and maintain relationships with clients as trusted advisors to their marketing plans.
• Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and multifamily real estate trends within your market territory.
• Teamwork – collaborate with colleagues to drive sales revenue and deliver excellent customer service.
• Customer Focus – deliver outstanding support with regular communications and market insights.
