Job summary

Tetra Pak in Denton, Texas, seeks a Communications Manager focused on digital marketing and sales communications. You will drive demand and leads across digital channels for the end-to-end portfolio of food processing, packaging and services solutions, collaborating with U.S.

and Canada teams. Travel up to 15% for trade shows and conferences, and partner with external agencies while using Pardot and Salesforce to manage campaigns and assets.

Qualifications

• Experience working with external agencies
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
• 5+ years of B2B marketing communications experience
• Expertise in digital communications and lead generation tools; Pardot and Salesforce preferred
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze digital marketing data to drive change
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Willingness to travel up to 15%
• Capacity to lift more than 25 pounds
• Comfortable at events and trade shows

Responsibilities

• Support development of global integrated marketing communications to drive awareness and generate demand/leads
• Develop localized programs to drive brand/portfolio awareness and demand
• Manage digital channels and tools including Pardot, email, website, and Salesforce lead management
• Involve in planning trade shows and events (digital and in-person)
• Lead development of marketing collateral (white papers, website content, videos, case studies, datasheets, presentations) for communications and sales support
• Develop strategies and messaging for key audiences
