Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional eCommerce experience, ideally in a B2B or DTC digital commerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute comprehensive B2B digital commerce roadmaps to drive sales, conversion, and traffic growth.
• Direct day-to-day site operations, platform maintenance, and integrations with ERP (SAP), CRM, and external systems.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Operations and Supply Chain to forecast demand and optimize inventory for product launches.
• Drive digital merchandising and funnel optimization to maximize AOV and customer retention.
• Establish and manage dashboards to monitor customer behavior, run A/B tests, and report KPIs to senior leadership.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field
